Shipping

We ship orders to most countries worldwide using reliable courier and transport companies. We make every effort to ensure that each shipment arrives safely and on time. Orders placed before 3 p.m. are usually shipped on the same working day.

Deliveries within the European Union

  • Parcels up to 22 kg are shipped via DPD and UPS courier companies.
  • Pallet shipments are delivered by the RABEN transport company.
  • Cash on delivery (COD) option available for parcels up to 22 kg and a total value of €3,500.

Shipping outside the European Union

  • Delivery is only possible via UPS and FedEx couriers.
  • The weight of a single parcel cannot exceed 22 kg gross.
  • Customs duties and import taxes may be added to shipments.

Delivery time

  • Poland: 1–2 working days.
  • European Union: 2–4 working days.
  • United Kingdom: 3–6 working days (including customs clearance).
  • Non-EU countries: typically 5–7 working days, depending on location.

For custom or oversized orders, we offer individual shipping quotes. We will contact you before processing if necessary.
