Return Policy
Only customers who are also consumers are entitled to a 30-day return period. The consumer has the right to return items within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline for returning items will expire after 30 days from the day
"on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods."
To initiate a return, you must inform us at EPRIME, Szklary Górne 39, 59-335 Lubin, email: info@sps24.eu, about your decision to return the items by providing an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail).
You can use the model return form, but it is not obligatory.
To comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your return request before the 30-day return period expires.
Return Policy Consequences
In the event of a return, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your chosen method of delivery other than the cheapest regular delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your return request. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
"We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return, whichever occurs first."
