The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer law.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from:

• the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods;
• for multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day on which you or such a third party acquire physical possession of the last good;
• for goods delivered in several lots or pieces, the day on which you or such a third party acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece;
• for regular delivery of goods during a defined period, the day on which you or such a third party acquire physical possession of the first good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement:

The statement may be made in any unequivocal form, in particular:

• using the online withdrawal function;
• by e-mail: mail@sps24.eu;

• by WhatsApp: +48 537 716 596;
• by a letter sent by post.

Your communication only needs to make clear that you wish to withdraw from the relevant contract. No reason is required.

If you use this function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as e-mail, without undue delay, including the content, date and time of your statement.

You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal statement.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery are not reimbursed.

We will use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Return of the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, to:

The return period is a further 14 days after you submit your withdrawal statement.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post or standard parcel, the direct return cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately 300 EUR.

You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
