Right to withdraw from the contract

Only a Customer who is also a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. This period starts from the day on which:

‘You or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took physical possession of the goods.’

To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us:

You may use the withdrawal form (e.g. in PDF format), but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period, e.g. by email.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of effective withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the date of informing us about the withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

The item should be returned to the following address: EPRIME MAREK MUCHA, Szklary Górne 39, 59-335 Lubin, immediately – within a maximum of 14 days from the date of informing us about the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the parcel is posted before its expiry.

The costs of returning the item shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer shall only be liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from use beyond that necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning.
