Rotenso WINDMI WIM120X3 is a three-phase monoblock heat pump with a heating capacity of 12.0 kW (A7/W35). It is a highly efficient unit with high energy efficiency class A+++ (for 35°C supply temperature) and A++ (for 55°C supply temperature), with an SCOP of 4.91 (for temp. supply 35°C).

The outlet water temperature in heating mode ranges from 20°C to 62°C, and in DHW mode from 40°C to 62°C. The pump is ideal for heating systems with radiators, as it maintains a high temperature of heating water even at very low outside temperatures. Up to -14°C outside, it is capable of generating 59°C heating water.

Working in Extreme Conditions

The heat pump is capable of operating in extreme weather conditions, even with outdoor temperatures as low as -25°C. To ensure trouble-free operation at temperatures below 0°C, the unit is equipped with a drip tray heater to prevent condensation from freezing and the outdoor unit from icing over, thereby protecting the fan and the heat exchanger. Another important piece of equipment is the compressor crankcase heater, which heats the compressor oil at temperatures below 0°C, allowing the unit to start smoothly in harsh conditions. This technical solution extends the life of the compressor, which is the heart of the heat pump.

Booster Heater

Rotenso WINDMI WIM120X3 has a booster heater with a modulating power of 9 kW (3 kW + 3 kW + 3 kW). In extremely low temperatures or in emergency situations, the pump can use booster heaters, which ensures economical operation of the device and benefits the durability and reliability of the pump.
