INTEGRA 128 PLus - control panel motherboard SATEL
INTEGRA 128 PLus is an advanced control panel compliant with the requirements of EN50131 standards for Grade 3 devices (Grade 3), designed to implement extensive security systems. The device enables the construction of burglary and assault alarm systems, access control and building automation systems in high-risk facilities such as banks, jewelry stores and public buildings.
- Full compliance with EN50131 series standards for Grade 3 (Grade 3) devices.
- Support for up to 128 programmable inputs with configurable 3EOL lines.
- Built-in 2 A + 1.5 A power supply with extensive diagnostics.
- Ability to divide the system into 32 zones and 8 partitions.
- Built-in telephone communicator with monitoring, voice notification and remote control functions.
Application and system functionality
The INTEGRA 128 PLus control panel has been designed for the implementation of advanced burglary and assault alarm systems in facilities with a particularly high risk of burglary. Thanks to its extensive functionality, it can be simultaneously used to implement an access control system and elements of a smart building system, allowing automatic control of various devices.
The system allows up to 128 programmable inputs, which can operate with programmable parametric resistance and 3EOL line support. The system can be divided into 32 zones and 8 partitions, allowing the configuration to be flexibly adjusted to the structure of the facility, including the separation of zones with different supervision modes. Up to 64 expanders and 8 keypads can be connected via communication buses, expanding the system's functions and range.
Operation, communication and automation
INTEGRA 128 PLus offers a wide range of possibilities for operating the alarm system: through touch keypads, LCD keypads, zone keypads, keyfobs, proximity cards, as well as remotely using a computer or cell phone. The built-in telephone communicator provides monitoring, voice messaging and remote system control functions, as well as the ability for the installer to define 64 text messages.
The control panel provides 64 independent timers for automatic control of access control and home automation functions. The event memory allows for the recording of 22,527 printable entries, which facilitates the analysis of system operation. The device's software can be updated via computer, and the option not to report connection problems with the SATEL server as failures helps reduce false service signals in certain configurations.
Power supply and environmental parameters
A built-in power supply with a current capacity of 2,000 mA for powering devices and 1,500 mA for charging the battery ensures stable system operation in demanding installations. The control panel has three power outputs and high-current outputs with a load capacity of up to 3,000 mA to directly power multiple system components. The maximum current consumption from the 230 V mains is 400 mA, and in standby 135 mA.
The device operates in environmental class II according to EN50130-5, with a temperature range of -10 to +55 °C and humidity of up to 93 ±3%. A 75 VA transformer is recommended, and the battery monitoring system controls the fault notification voltage (11 V ±10%) and the battery cut-off voltage (10.5 V ±10%). This makes the control panel suitable for operation in demanding conditions expLoatation.
