Description and application
The SLIM-PIR-LUNA detector detects motion in the protected area using a passive infrared sensor and is designed for use in wired intrusion alarm systems. Built-in white LEDs enable the lighting function, which can be motion-activated or remotely controlled. The device is equipped with a wide-angle lens designed specifically for the SLIM LINE series, with the possibility to replace it with a curtain lens (CT-CL) or a long-range lens (LR-CL), which allows to adjust the detection characteristics to the specifics of the protected object.
Features, configuration and security
The SLIM-PIR-LUNA offers adjustable detection sensitivity, digital motion detection algorithm and digital temperature compensation, which increases resistance to false alarms in changing environmental conditions. The detector allows you to enable or disable approach zone control and remotely switch between two levels of PIR sensor sensitivity. Using the OPT-1 remote control, it is possible to remotely configure the operating parameters, including enabling and disabling the configuration mode. The built-in LED indicator can signal the detector's operation, with a choice of one of seven illumination colors, as well as the ability to turn it on or off remotely. The motion detection circuit and power supply voltage are supervised, and tamper protection against opening the housing and detachment from the ground increases security. An adjustable BRACKET D mounting bracket is included to help properly position the detector.
