DMP-400 addressable smoke and heat detector for ACSP system
The DMP-400 detector makes it possible to detect the early stage of fire development, when visible smoke appears and/or an increase in temperature takes place. It is designed to operate in the supervision line of the ACSP-402 addressable fire alarm control panel.
- Visible smoke detection by means of a visible smoke detector.
- Temperature rise detection by built-in thermal sensor.
- Detection of contamination of the optical chamber.
- Sensitivity of the smoke sensor adjustable by the control panel in 4 sensitivity levels.
- LED for optical indication of detector status.
- Short circuit isolator on both sides and power supply from the supervisory line.
Characteristics and purpose of the DMP-400 detector
The DMP-400 detector is an element of the ACSP fire alarm system and cooperates with the ACSP-402 addressable fire alarm control panel. The device uses a visible smoke sensor and a thermal sensor, which makes it possible to detect a fire on the basis of both the presence of smoke and temperature rise. The detector zaimpLemented detection of dirt in the optical chamber, which allows to control the state of its contamination according to the manufacturer's documentation.
Functions, installation and cooperation with accessories
The sensitivity of the smoke detector in the DMP-400 is adjusted by the control panel in four sensitivity levels, which makes it possible to adapt the operating parameters to the requirements of the object in accordance with the solutions of the ACSP system. The detector has an LED for optical signaling and a short-circuit isolator on both sides, and power is supplied directly from the supervisory line. Installation of the detector is carried out in the DB-400 socket, which is available as a separate item, and additionally it is possible to connect an external tripping indicator WZ-110; the kit includes a dust cover provided by the manufacturer.
