Characteristics and communication capabilities of the control panel
VERSA PLus LTE allows you to build an alarm system with a division into 2 zones and a maximum of 30 programmable zones and 12 programmable outputs, of which there are 4 wired inputs and 5 wired outputs on the main board. The control panel works with NO and NC type detectors, roller shutter and shock detectors, supports EOL and 2EOL configurations and has an additional NC type tamper input. Built-in Ethernet, cellular GSM/LTE and PSTN dialer modules allow monitoring to the station, voice, SMS and e-mail notification, remote programming and system control, with LTE/HSPA+/EDGE/GPRS data transmission depending on the capabilities of the cellular network used.
System control and utility functions
The system based on VERSA PLus LTE can be controlled using VERSA-LCD and VERSA-LCDM mechanical keypad LCD keypads, VERSA-KWRL2 wireless LCD keypads with built-in proximity card reader, INT-TSH210, INT-TSH2-R and INT-TSG2-R touchscreen keypads, INT-CR partition control module, remote controls, apLikation of VERSA CONTROL mobile and telephone (SMS, voice menu). The control panel offers memory for up to 2047 events, support for up to 30 users with unique codes, proximity cards and assigned keyfobs, and 4 timers for automatic arming and disarming of partitions and control of devices connected to the control panel outputs, such as lighting or sprinklers.
Service functions and hardware design
The VERSA PLus LTE motherboard is equipped with a built-in USB MINI-B socket for programming the control panel and updating firmware from a computer, and allows local or remote firmware updates using UpServ. The control panel's power supply provides an output voltage of 12 V DC ±15% and an output current of 2 A, a battery charging current of 800 mA, and power outputs AUX, KPD and +VR with specific current parameters. The design of the device is completed with a plug-in terminal strip, an output for connecting an enclosure-mounted piezoelectric transducer, and a 266 x 286 x 100 mm enclosure with a 173 x 105 mm electronics board.
