Purpose

This is a complete 24V kit dedicated to swing gates, designed to operate wings with a maximum weight of up to 700 kg and a length of up to 4 m. Unlike Phobos BT A actuators, in this version the limit switches are located in the upper part of the device, which, combined with the autoSET function - assisted by motor vibration - makes position setting fast and precise.

The maximum distance from the hinge axis to the edge of the post is 14 cm.

Description

The bft PHOBOS BT B40 KIT PL is a dedicated solution for swing gates, where the maximum weight of the leaf is 700 kg and its length does not exceed 4 m. The device is equipped with a 24V powered motor, while the THALIA BT A80 DUO control panel, integrated with a two-channel radio and memory for 128 remote controls, allows precise control of the operator.

The actuators have magnetic limit switches for both opening and closing, and the ability to decouple with a personalized key guarantees a high level of security. An additional advantage of the set is the amperometric obstacle detection function and the ability to operate at a frequency of up to 80 cycles per day.

Also innovative is the mounting system to the post bracket with a magnetic pin, which improves the aesthetics of the installation, as this element remains invisible. The design of the pull bolt nut has also been upgraded, which protects the mechanism from contamination thanks to its deeper seating.

The D-Track system allows dynamic adjustment of the drive forces - in winter it automatically increases the force, and in summer it decreases it, which ensures smooth operation and effective detection of real obstacles.

4-channel remote control bft MITTO COOL C4

Original 4-channel remote control by bft, designed for most of the drives of this manufacturer. The device is compatible with both the latest and older control panels.

Compared to the model MITTO B4 (D111906), this remote control is characterized by:

• Blocking signal copying by devices other than bft
• Built-in Replay function for remote signal copying
• Larger buttons for easier operation

Photocells bft Compacta A20-180 (transmitter+receiver)

Compacta photocells are an effective alternative to the bft Desme model. The device allows for 180° viewing angle adjustment (+/- 90° in the transmitter and receiver) and provides a range of up to 20 meters, with 10 meters being the guaranteed range in all conditions.

Control panel bft Thalia BT A80 DUO

The THALIA BT A80 DUO control panel with LCD display is designed to operate actuators such as PHOBOS BT, IGEA BT, GIUNO or ELI 250 N BT. It replaces the Thalia Light model, offering a built-in radio with dynamically changing code and memory for 128 remote controls.

The control panel has programmable inputs/outputs and supports two independent photocell lines. Important: The unit does not work with the older Mitto B2 (D111904) and Mitto B4 (D111606) remote controls.

*IMPORTANT!

The maximum weight of the leaf decreases as the leaf length increases! A 4 m long leaf allows a maximum weight of 200 kg, while a 700 kg gate should be no more than 2 m long.

The operator is equipped with the D-Track system - an intelligent solution based on the microprocessor technology of bft controllers, which continuously monitors and adjusts the force of the drive. By analyzing several indicators, the system optimizes torque, making it easier for the installer to obtain the required certifications and ensuring precise operation regardless of conditions.

Traditional control units often fail to register subtle changes, which can lead to false obstacle detection. The D-Track system ensures that the drive always operates smoothly, responding to real obstacles.

U-link is a universal platform for creating cohesive technology ecosystems that can be managed via smartphone with b EBA expansion cards.
