Set purpose

This system is dedicated to the automation of wing gates mounted on a wide post, where the maximum weight of a single wing does not exceed 200 kg, and its width is up to 2 meters. An ideal solution for installation on thick, masonry posts, where traditional drives may have problems adapting to mounting dimensions.

Technical description

The electromechanical actuators from the VIRGO series have been designed for wing gates with a maximum wing weight of up to 200 kg and a length of up to 2 m. They are intended for mounting on masonry posts, where the distance from the hinge axis to the edge of the post is a maximum of 21 cm. The set includes a motor powered by 24V DC and an internal self-braking gearbox, which prevents manual opening and closing of the gate.

Advanced electromechanical end switches and mechanical bumpers allow for precise setting of the end positions. The set is designed for intensive use – up to 60 cycles per day. Additionally, the product is equipped with a D-Track system that intelligently monitors torque, ensuring optimal drive operation.

4-channel remote BFT MITTO COOL C4

The original 4-channel remote from BFT, dedicated to most of the manufacturer’s drives. The device is compatible with both older and the latest BFT control units, offering modern features that enhance safety and user convenience.

Changes compared to the MITTO B4 (D111906) model include:

• Disabled possibility of copying using non-BFT remotes.
• Built-in Replay function, enabling remote copying of the remote from the control unit.
• Increased button sizes for better ergonomics.

BFT Compacta A20-180 photocells (transmitter + receiver)

The Compacta photocells are an excellent solution replacing the BFT Desme model. With an adjustable viewing angle (up to 180°) in both the transmitter and the receiver, the device guarantees precise obstacle detection. The operating range is up to 20 meters, with a 10-meter range guaranteed under all conditions.

BFT Thalia BT A80 DUO control unit

The THALIA BT A80 DUO control unit with LCD display is dedicated to the operation of actuators such as PHOBOS BT, IGEA BT, GIUNO, ELI 250 N BT, and other devices powered by 24V. It is a modern continuation of the Thalia Light model, offering numerous improvements, such as a built-in radio receiver with a rolling code and memory for up to 128 remotes.

Additional control unit features include:
