Purpose

This complete 24V kit is designed for swing gates where the maximum weight of the leaf is up to 400 kg and the length does not exceed 3 m. Compared to the Phobos BT A series, in this version the limit switches are located in the upper part, which, together with the autoSET function - activated by motor vibration - allows quick and precise position setting.

The maximum distance from the hinge axis to the edge of the post is 14 cm.

Description

The BFT PHOBOS BT B25 KIT PL is designed for swing gates with a maximum leaf weight of up to 400 kg at a length of up to 3 m. Driven by 24V voltage, it is equipped with a modern THALIA BT A80 DUO control panel, which integrates a two-channel radio receiver with dynamically changing code and memory for 128 remote controls.

The actuators feature magnetic limit switches that operate on opening and closing, and a declutching function using a personalized key increases the security of the entire system. In addition, the amperometric obstacle detection function and the D-Track system ensure that the device operates smoothly at a frequency of up to 80 cycles per day.

An innovative mounting solution to the magnetic pin post bracket improves the aesthetics of the installation, and an upgraded design of the pull bolt nut minimizes the risk of contamination of the mechanism.

The D-Track system dynamically adjusts the drive force - increasing it in the winter and decreasing it in the summer - which guarantees reliability and safety of use.

4-channel remote control BFT MITTO COOL C4

Original 4-channel remote control by BFT, designed for compatibility with most of the drives of this manufacturer. Modern solutions guarantee cooperation with both the latest and older control panels.

Compared to the model MITTO B4 (D111906), the remote control is characterized by:

• Blocking of signal copying by devices of other brands
• Built-in Replay function for remote signal copying
• Larger buttons for easier operation

Photocells BFT Compacta A20-180 (transmitter+receiver)

Compacta photocells are an excellent replacement for the BFT Desme model. The device offers an adjustable viewing angle of up to 180° (+/- 90° in the transmitter and receiver) and a range of up to 20 meters, with a guaranteed range of 10 meters in all conditions.

The THALIA BT A80 DUO control panel with LCD display is designed to operate actuators such as PHOBOS BT, IGEA BT, GIUNO or ELI 250 N BT operating at 24V. It is a modern alternative to the Thalia Light model, offering a built-in radio with dynamic code and memory for 128 remote controls, as well as programmable inputs and outputs, supporting two independent lines of photocells.

Note: The control panel does not work with the older Mitto B2 (D111904) and Mitto B4 (D111606) remote controls.

*IMPORTANT!

The maximum weight of the leaf decreases as the leaf length increases! A 3 m long leaf allows a maximum weight of 200 kg, while a 400 kg gate can be up to 1.5 m long.

*D-Track system - dynamic torque control

The operator is equipped with the D-Track system - an intelligent solution based on microprocessor controller technology BFT, which constantly monitors and adjusts torque. By analyzing several indicators, the system accurately selects the force needed to perform the operation, making it easier for the installer to obtain the required certifications.

Unlike traditional control units that apply fixed force levels, D-Track registers even small fluctuations, ensuring that the drive responds only to actual obstacles.

*U-link - BFT technology for communication of peripheral devices with automation systems

U-link is a universal platform that enables the creation of coherent technology ecosystems controlled via smartphone, thanks to B EBA expansion cards.

Once the expansion card is installed in the drive, all you need to do is install the U-Control app to take full advantage of the remote control features.

The app allows you to control one or more compatible devices via the U-link protocol, allowing you to open, close and monitor the status of the gate from any location.

• With an internet connection, the user can manage the gate from anywhere - for example, allowing access to the gardener when he is away from home.
