Purpose
Complete 24V kit for swing gates with wing weight up to 400 kg and wing length up to 3 m.* Compared to Kustos BT A actuators, the location of limit switches has been changed - in the offered Kustos BT B kit they are located on the top. In addition, the autoSET function with vibration when setting the end positions makes the installer's work extremely convenient.
Kustos actuators are worth installing wherever there is a lot of dust and mud. Thanks to the pull bolt cover, the devices can be mounted low to the ground, which significantly improves the aesthetics of the installation.
The maximum distance from the axis of the hinge to the edge of the post for these actuators is 14 cm.

Description
Actuators for residential swing gates, designed for gates with a leaf weight of up to 400 kg with a leaf length of up to 3 meters (version Kustos BT B25). They are equipped with a 24V powered motor, and the feature-rich THALIA BT A80 DUO control panel has an integrated two-channel radio with dynamic variable code and memory for 128 remote controls. The units are equipped with magnetic limit switches (both on opening and closing). Personalized key release provides a high level of security, which is further enhanced by an amperometric obstacle detection function. The bft Kustos BT B25 drives can be operated at a frequency of up to 30 cycles per hour, which allows them to be used even on residential estates.
Another innovative solution is the system of attachment to the post bracket with a magnetic pin, which not only improves installation, but also enhances the aesthetics of the installation - the magnetic pin remains invisible.
The drive is equipped with the D-Track system, which dynamically selects the forces at each operating point of the automation. In winter these forces automatically increase, and in summer they decrease, which ensures smooth operation of the drive and effective detection of obstacles.
4-channel remote control bft MITTO COOL C4
Original 4-channel remote control by bft, designed for most of the drives of this manufacturer. The device is compatible with both new and older bft control panels .
Changes from the MITTO B4 (D111906) remote control model include:
- Preventing copying with remotes other than the following bft
- Built-in Replay function to copy the remote control signal remotely from the radio or control panel
- Larger buttons for easier operation
Photocells bft Compacta A20-180 (transmitter+receiver)
Compacta photocells are an effective alternative to the bft Desme model. The Compacta A20-180 features an adjustable viewing angle of 180° (+/- 90° in the transmitter and receiver). The range is 20 meters, with 10 meters being the guaranteed range in all conditions.
Radius LED warning lamp bft A R1
The bft RADIUS LED bft A R1 warning lamp is designed for use with 24V powered actuators. Thanks to LED technology, energy consumption is about 80% less compared to traditional incandescent bulbs, which also extends the life of the device. The built-in antenna increases the range, and the IP 44 rating guarantees protection from outdoor conditions.
Control panel bft Thalia BT A80 DUO
The THALIA BT A80 DUO control panel with LCD display is designed to operate actuators such as PHOBOS BT, IGEA BT, GIUNO, ELI 250 N BT and other 24V-powered devices.
Replacing the Thalia Light model, the control panel has a built-in radio with a floating code, memory for 128 remote controls, and programmable inputs and outputs. It supports two independent lines of photocells.
Important: The control panel does not work with the old Mitto B2 (D111904) and Mitto B4 (D111606) remote controls.

The maximum weight of a leaf decreases as its length increases! A 3-meter-long sash can have a maximum weight of 200 kg, while a 400 kg sash can have a maximum length of 1.5 meters.

The drive is equipped with the D-Track system, an intelligent torque management system based on microprocessor controller technology bft.
The system analyzes data from several indicators and updates the level of force required for the operation. This makes it easier for the installer to obtain the required certifications.
Unlike conventional control units, which use fixed force levels without accurately reading the door position, the D-Track system registers the smallest changes, resulting in stable sensitivity during opening and closing.
Thanks to this solution, bft devices operate optimally, regardless of climatic conditions and the degree of mechanical wear.
