Purpose
A complete set of 24V for swing gates, designed for wings with a weight of up to 700 kg and a length of up to 4 m.* Compared to the actuators Kustos BT A, the location of the limit switches has been changed - in the offered set Kustos BT B they are located on the top. The addition of the autoSET function with vibration when setting the end positions makes the installer's work never so comfortable.
Kustos actuators are worth installing wherever there is a lot of dust and mud. Thanks to the pull bolt cover, it is possible to mount the actuators low to the ground, which increases the aesthetics of the completed installation.
The maximum distance from the axis of the hinge to the edge of the post for these actuators is 14 cm.

Description
Actuators for residential swing gates, designed for gates with a leaf weight of up to 700 kg with a leaf length of up to 4 meters (Kustos BT B40 version). They have a 24V powered motor, and the feature-rich THALIA BT A80 DUO control panel has a built-in two-channel radio with dynamically variable code and memory for 128 remote controls. The actuators are equipped with magnetic limit switches (both on opening and closing), and personalized key decoupling provides a high degree of security. In addition, an amperometric obstacle detection function enhances usage protection. The bft Kustos BT B40 drives can be operated at a frequency of up to 30 cycles per hour, which allows them to be used in residential areas as well.
Another innovative solution is the mounting system to the post bracket with a magnetic pin, which improves installation and aesthetics of the installation - the magnetic pin is not visible from the outside.
The drive has the D-Track system, which optimally selects the forces at each point of automation operation - in winter the forces automatically increase, and in summer they decrease, which guarantees smooth operation of the drive and precise detection of actual obstacles.
4-channel remote control BFT MITTO COOL C4
Original 4-channel remote control by bft, designed for most of the drives of this manufacturer. It is compatible with all new and older bft control panels .
Changes from the MITTO B4 model (D111906) include:
- Preventing copying with remote controls other than the following bft
- Built-in Replay function, allowing copying of the remote control from a distance from the radio (or control panel)

Photocells BFT Compacta A20-180 (transmitter+receiver)
Compacta Photocells is a product that effectively replaces the bft Desme model. The A20-180 model features an adjustable viewing angle of 180° (+/- 90° in both the transmitter and receiver). The photocell range is 20 meters, with 10 meters being the guaranteed range in all conditions.
Radius LED warning lamp BT A R1
The bft RADIUS LED BT A R1 warning lamp is designed for 24V actuators. Thanks to LED technology, energy consumption is reduced by about 80% compared to models with traditional incandescent bulbs, which also extends the life of the product. The built-in antenna increases the range, and the IP 44 rating provides protection from the weather.

THALIA BT A80 DUO control panel with LCD display is designed to operate PHOBOS BT, IGEA BT, GIUNO, ELI 250 N BT actuators and other 24V powered devices.
The Thalia BT A80 DUO control panel replaces the Thalia Light model. It has a built-in radio with dynamically changing code and memory for 128 remote controls. It is equipped with programmable inputs/outputs and supports two independent photocell lines.
Important: This control panel does not work with older Mitto B2 (D111904) and Mitto B4 (D111606) remote controls.

*IMPORTANT!
The maximum weight of a leaf decreases as its length increases! A leaf with a length of 4 meters can have a weight of max. 200 kg, while a wing of 700 kg - a maximum length of 2 m.

The drive is equipped with the D-Track system, which is an intelligent torque management system based on microprocessor controller technology bft.
Obtaining data from several indicators, the system updates the level of force required for the operation. D-Track makes it easier for the installer to obtain certifications required by law.
Conventional control units do not read the exact position of the gate and apply fixed force levels, failing to provide stable sensitivity to obstacles during opening and closing.
D-Track-equipped bft units register even the slightest fluctuations in the force of a gate or door - for example, due to temperature differences or wear and tear - constantly delivering the current torque to the motor.
A traditional control unit cannot detect these changes, sometimes resulting in the indication of non-existent obstacles.
The D-Track system from bft guarantees maximum safety and perfect operation of the equipment, regardless of climatic conditions and mechanical wear.
