Modern and compLety automation kit BFT KUSTOS Ultra BT B25 KIT is designed for swing gates with leaf length up to 3 m and weight up to 400 kg. Equipped with the D-Track system, Thalia BT A80 DUO control unit and magnetic limit switches, it ensures safe, smooth and quiet gate operation.

Purpose

The KUSTOS Ultra BT B25 set is designed for the automation of swing gates mounted on steel or masonry posts, with a maximum hinge extension of up to 14 cm. Thanks to the design of the actuator with a shielded pull bolt, the device can be mounted low to the ground - an ideal solution in areas exposed to dust, mud and rain.

Description

The BFT KUSTOS BT B25 actuators are designed for swing gates with leaf lengths up to 3 meters and weights up to 400 kg. The drive has magnetic limit switches, autoSET function for easy calibration, and electronic obstacle detection system. Combined with the Thalia BT A80 DUO control panel, the drive offers advanced security and automation functions, including wicket mode and automatic closing after passing through the photocell line.

The innovative magnetic pin mounting system makes installation faster and the appearance more aesthetically pleasing. The actuators are sealed, weatherproof and designed for heavy use.

D-Track system

The D-Track system analyzes the force required to move the gate in real time and dynamically adjusts it to guarantee maximum safety and smooth operation - regardless of temperature or mechanical wear. This solution eliminates the risk of false obstacle detection, while extending the life of the entire assembly.

Thalia BT A80 DUO control panel

Thalia BT A80 DUO control panel with LCD display supports 24V actuators such as KUSTOS BT, PHOBOS BT, GIUNO, or ELI 250 N BT. It has a built-in radio receiver, memory for 128 remote controls, and support for wicket and automatic closing functions. It also allows integration with the U-Link system after connecting the B-EBA module.
