The G426 controller has an extended range of functions. The PCWU 300eK-2.5kW heat pump can function independently or in conjunction with another heat source, designed for heating domestic hot water. Independently, it is capable of meeting the typical needs of 4-6 people in a residential building or a larger number of people in an office building, etc. It is used in new and renovated buildings (e.g., replacing an electric boiler). The built-in coil allows for connection to a heating boiler and eliminates the need for an additional storage heater. The heat pump can operate for most of the year, economically down to an external temperature of around -5°C.
