- Pump body: gray cast iron, which provides high resistance to mechanical damage.
- Impeller: made of PPS material with the addition of glass fiber, which increases its strength while maintaining optimal dynamic properties.
- Shaft: stainless steel, guaranteeing resistance to corrosion.
- Bearings: made of sintered carbon, impregnated with a special resin, which allows stable and long-lasting operation even under high operating requirements.
Mounting dimensions and flanged versions
The pump has universal mounting dimensions, which allows it to be easily integrated into various installation systems
- Connections: both suction and discharge with a diameter of fifty millimeters
- Mounting length: two hundred and eighty millimeters.
- Flanged versions:
- two types are available. The first is designed for pumps with a diameter of thirty-two to sixty-five millimeters and includes a PN 6/10 combination flange (PN 16 flange according to EN 1092-2) for PN 6 and PN 16 counter flanges. The second type is dedicated to pumps with a diameter of eighty to one hundred millimeters and uses a PN 6 flange made according to PN 16 according to EN 1092-2
