The highest efficiency Wilo-Atmos PICO 25/1-4 pump (No. 4232691) is a glandless, electronically controlled circulating pump that requires no maintenance. Equipped with a threaded connection and a synchronous motor made with ECM technology, which is resistant to current when blocked, it allows infinitely variable differential pressure control. The device is designed for use in all heating and air-conditioning systems

Standard features include a choice of control types to match the load - variable differential pressure (Δp-v) with three defined characteristics or constant speed (available in three stages). Equipped with LED displays, the pump informs about the selected characteristic, current parameters and indicates faults. Additional safety features, such as a built-in deblocking function and high starting torque, guarantee reliable operation with minimal power consumption (only 4 W)

The pump body is made of gray cast iron, the impeller is made of PP-GF40, and the shaft is made of stainless steel, equipped with metal-impregnated sintered carbon bearings. As a result, the device is characterized by high corrosion resistance and long-term operation. Compact dimensions and standardized connections (G 1½ on the suction and discharge side, installation length of 180 mm) allow easy installation
