Wilo-Stratos MAXO 25/0.5-10 PN10 circulating pump

The Wilo-Stratos MAXO Smart Premium pump is a glandless Inline pump with the highest efficiency, equipped with an EC motor and an advanced electronic capacity matching system. The unit is designed for hot water, cold water and water-glycol mixtures, achieving a very low EEI coefficient (≤ 0.17 or ≤ 0.19, depending on the pump type)

The control system offers multiple operating modes, including

• Wilo-Dynamic Adapt plus: automatic, constant power adaptation to the system's requirements (factory setting), allowing energy savings of up to 20% compared to the dp-v control mode.
• Constant temperature control (T-const.)
• Differential constant temperature control (dT-const.)
• Rotary flow optimization (Multi-Flow Adaptation) by connecting and communicating with several pumps
• Constant flow mode (Q-const.)
• Differential pressure control
  • dp-c - remote point control in the pipeline (erroneous point control)
  • dp-v - variable differential pressure with nominal operating point setting option
• Constant speed control (n-const.)
• User-defined PID control

Additional pump features include heat and cold volume recording, automatic shutdown at zero flow (No-Flow Stop), and switching between heating and cooling modes - implemented automatically, externally or manually. The device also allows adjustable flow control through the Q-Limit function (Qmin and Qmax setting) and operation of dual pumps with efficiency optimization (basic mode and reserve mode). The system remembers and allows restoration of settings (up to 3 restoration points) and indicates failures and warnings in text form

In addition, the pump offers the function of automatic venting of the impeller chamber, operation in the night lowering mode, non-locking function and full motor protection, as well as detection of dry running. The user can read parameters such as control type, setpoint, flow rate, temperature, power consumption, current consumption and active signals (e.g., STOP, No-Flow Stop) on the 4.3-inch graphic color display (operated by a single button)

The Smart Premium version also includes advanced communication options

• 2 configurable analog inputs (0-10 V, 2-10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA and standard PT1000) with +24 V DC power supply
• 2 configurable digital inputs (e.g., Ext. Off, Ext. Min, Ext. Max, heating/cooling mode, manual override, operation interlock)
• 2 configurable relays for signaling operation and failure messages
• Wilo CIF module slot with interfaces for building automation (optional accessories: CIF modules Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet MS/TP, BACnet IP, LON, PLR, CANopen)
• Wilo Net system for inter-unit communication (e.g., Multi-Flow Adaptation, integration of dual pumps and Wilo-Smart Gateway)

The unit is also equipped with integrated temperature sensors, automatic emergency mode (preset speed in emergency situations), as well as a Bluetooth interface for reading and setting operating data, and protocol generation via the Wilo-Assistant app. The pump can be mounted outdoors, with protection from the elements, and the date and time are set as standard. Thermal insulation covers are also included

The scope of delivery includes all necessary accessories, including an optimized Wilo-Konektor, cable glands, washers for flange bolts (for DN 32 and DN 65 connection), gaskets for the threaded connection, thermal insulation covers, and a compact installation and operating manual. Optional accessories include ClimaForm refrigeration insulation, CIF modules, PT1000 sensors, immersion sleeve transmitter and differential pressure sensor, among others
