Wilo-Stratos MAXO 25/0.5-6 PN10 circulating pump

The Wilo-Stratos MAXO Smart Premium pump is a glandless Inline pump with the highest efficiency, equipped with an EC motor and an electronic capacity matching system. The unit is suitable for hot water, cold water and water-glycol mixtures, offering a very low EEI (≤ 0.17 or ≤ 0.19, depending on the pump type)

An advanced control system makes it possible

• Wilo-Dynamic Adapt plus: constant, automatic adaptation of power to the system's requirements (factory setting) - provides energy savings of up to 20% compared to dp-v control mode
• Constant temperature control (T-const.)
• Differential constant temperature control (dT-const.)
• Multi-Flow Adaptation: optimizes rotary flow by communicating with several pumps

On the display (4.3 inches), the user can monitor, among other things, the type of control, setpoint, flow, temperature, power consumption, current consumption and active signals (e.g. STOP, No-Flow Stop). The device also makes it possible to read and set operating data and run protocols via Bluetooth (Wilo-Assistant application)

The Smart Premium system is equipped with

• 2 configurable analog inputs (0-10 V, 2-10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA and standard PT1000) with +24 V DC power supply
• 2 configurable digital inputs (e.g. Ext. Off, Ext. Min, Ext. Max, heating/cooling, manual override, key lock and remote control configuration protection)
• 2 configurable relays for signaling operation and failure messages
• Wilo CIF module slot with interfaces for building automation (optional modules: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet MS/TP, BACnet IP, LON, PLR, CANopen)
• Communication via Wilo Net system for integration with dual pumps and Wilo-Smart Gateway, among others
• Integrated temperature sensors
• Automatic fail-safe mode that sets the defined speed in case of communication failure or erroneous readings
• Graphic 4.3-inch color display with manual operation module (one button)
• Bluetooth interface that allows reading, setting operating parameters and taking protocols using the Wilo-Assistant app
• Analog signal wire break recognition capability (in combination with 2-10 V or 4-20 mA)
