The Wilo-Stratos MAXO Smart Premium pump is a glandless Inline pump with the highest efficiency, equipped with an EC motor and an advanced electronic capacity matching system. The unit is designed to handle hot water, cold water and water-glycol mixtures, achieving a very low EEI (≤ 0.17 or ≤ 0.19, depending on the pump type)
The advanced control system offers multiple operating modes, including
- Wilo-Dynamic Adapt plus: constant, automatic adaptation of power to system requirements without inputting setpoints - saves up to 20% energy compared to dp-v control mode
- Fixed temperature (T-const.)
- Constant differential temperature (dT-const.)
- Multi-Flow Adaptation: optimizes the rotary flow of the feed pump by communicating with several pumps
- Constant flow mode (Q-const.)
- Remote point differential pressure control (dp-c - erroneous point control) and variable differential pressure control (dp-v) with nominal operating point setting option
- Constant speed control (n-const.)
- User-defined PID control

The device allows precise monitoring of operating parameters - from type of control, setpoint, flow and temperature, to power consumption and current consumption. Built-in sensors (including integrated temperature sensors) and the ability to set analog signal wire breaks provide additional protection
The Wilo-Stratos MAXO Smart Premium Pump features two configurable analog inputs (supporting 0-10 V, 2-10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA and standard PT1000 signals) with +24 V DC supply, two configurable digital inputs, two relays for operation and fault signaling, and a Wilo CIF module slot (allowing integration with building automation systems, such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet, LON, PLR, CANopen). The Wilo Net system allows communication between pumps, including dual pump operation, and a graphic 4.3-inch color display with Bluetooth interface (Wilo-Assistant application) allows reading and setting of operation data and commissioning protocols
The pump can be mounted outdoors with climate protection and comes standard with date and time settings. Also included are an optimized Wilo-Konector, cable glands, screw washers, gaskets for the threaded connection and thermal insulation covers. Optional accessories include ClimaForm refrigeration insulation, CIF modules, PT 1000 sensors, an immersion sleeve-mounted transmitter and a differential pressure sensor, among others
