PrimoBox AZB 255 with hydraulic coupling - mixing set of 2 circuits
PrimoBox AZB 255 is a prefabricated hydraulic solution mounted in a cabinet, which connects two heating circuits with an integrated hydraulic coupling. Each circuit uses an ARV mixing valve with an ARM 141 ProClick actuator and a flow coefficient Kvs = 3.6 m³/h. The set is suitable for installations with a maximum output of 35 kW
Application
- Closed systems where separation and control of two heating circuits is required
- Systems where one circuit requires temperature mixing and the other circuit operates without mixing
- New design-compact boiler rooms - saving space and combining functions in one box
- Modernizations where it would be time-consuming to replace many system components
Technical data
| Circuit 1 | ARV valve + ARM 141 ProClick actuator, Kvs = 3.6 m³/h |
| Circuit 2 | ARV valve + ARM 141 ProClick actuator, Kvs = 3.6 m³/h |
| Hydraulic coupling | Yes, integrated in the kit |
| Maximum power | 35 kW |
| Connections on the boiler side | G ¾" |
| Pressure of medium | max 4,5 bar |
| Temperature of medium | up to 95 °C |
Advantages and distinctive features
- Comprehensive solution in one cabinet - valves, actuators and hydraulic coupling
- Prefabricated kit - reduces assembly time and installation errors
- Temperature control in both circuits thanks to ARV valves
- Insulated design and compact shape - saves space and reduces heat loss
- High independence of circuits thanks to coupling
Installation and operation tips
- Mount the kit in a location that allows easy access to valves and pumps
- Before commissioning, bleed the entire system and check for leaks
- Set the actuator movement stops to the correct positions
- Avoid operating outside the acceptable pressure and temperature ranges
- Regularly check the condition of valves and the tightness of hydraulic connections
