Backup Box B0 is used in PV plant systems to control the grid and island operation status of a single-phase inverter. In the event of a grid failure, the inverter switches to island operation and supplies power to loads not connected to the grid in backup power mode. Once the grid fault is cleared, the inverter switches back to the grid-connected state. Backup Box supports TN-S, TN-C-S and TT network layouts. If installing the Backup Box outdoors, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight. It is recommended to install it in a sheltered place or install a cover on it. A surge protector (SPD) must be installed in the circuit of the Backup Box on the power grid side.
