AME-200-G 1/2 active titanium anode system
The AME-200-G 1/2 system is a state-of-the-art device for cathodic protection of enameled hot water tanks against corrosion. It uses an MMO-coated titanium anode and an electronic potential controller to provide maintenance-free and long-lasting corrosion protection for up to 10 years.
- Designed for tanks with a capacity of up to 300 l
- Maximum protective current of 50 mA
- MMO-coated titanium anode
- Life span of the anode ≥ 10 years
- Power supply: 110-240 V, 50-60 Hz
Product characteristics
The AME-200-G 1/2 system provides active cathodic protection by continuously monitoring the tank potential and adjusting the protective current. The anode is made of Class 1 titanium (ASTM B863-99a), and its active surface is coated with MMO (Mixed Metal Oxide), which guarantees long life and high performance. The built-in LED allows quick monitoring of the device's operating status.
Construction and materials
The system consists of a TiQ200 titanium anode and a potential controller. The anode mounting plug can be made of MO58 brass, C45 galvanized steel or AISI 316L stainless steel. The length of the anode supply cable is 3 meters, which allows flexible installation in different types of hot water tanks.
