Wilo HiControl 1 control unit designed to automate pump operation

HiControl 1 (No. 4190896) is an electronic control and regulation accessory designed for clean water pumps to enable automatic operation of equipment. The HiControl 1 system protects the pump from low-flow operation by automatically starting the pump when the mains pressure drops below a predetermined level, and shutting it down when the flow reaches the shutdown value. Operation is aided by a rotary flow sensor and a pressure sensor, and a small internal reservoir prevents water hammer and clocking

The HiControl 1 can be mounted on surface pumps or connected to submersible pumps to provide a constant supply of water for domestic use. With its compact design, simple installation and easy-to-read operating status indications and pressure gauge, the system guarantees high reliability and protection of connected pumps without the need for an additional diaphragm pressure tank

The device is offered in an Inline version with vertical axis input and output and uniform threaded connections, allowing direct connection to the pump body or wall mounting (optionally, using a wall mounting bracket). Important: the HiControl 1 sensor should only be mounted vertically, with the output facing up
