The Grundfos SCALA2 3-45 is a fully integrated, self-priming hydrophore unit designed to increase pressure in domestic water supply systems. Thanks to intelligent motor speed control, the pump automatically adjusts its output to the current demand, ensuring ideal pressure in the taps
Installation of the SCALA2 takes place in three simple steps
- Connecting the pipes to the system,
- Pouring the pump,
- Connecting to the power supply - after this step the pump is ready for operation.
The device is equipped with all the necessary components, such as an intelligent controller, an integrated drive with speed control, a built-in reservoir, operation sensors, and inlet and outlet valves that ensure stable pressure
The SCALA2 can suck water from a depth of up to 8 meters in less than 5 minutes, making it ideal for installations where access to water is difficult. In the event of a dry run, lack of water, excessive liquid temperature or blockage of the impellers, the pump automatically stops and an alarm system informs the user of the problem. An automatic alarm reset function allows the pump to restart when operating conditions improve
