Finished pumping station with cutter pump in pressure and gravity sewer system. The pumping station is equipped with one pump. Specially shaped side transport handles for easy transport and seating. Thanks to the Multicut 20/2M plus sewage pumps made with anti-explosion protection and suitable for pressure sewerage of the control, pumping stations can be easily matched to the required/expected operating conditions.Approved by the German Institute of Building Technology, pumping stations made of polyethylene (PE) are equipped with DN150 inlet, DN100 spigot for cable and ventilation and DN32 discharge connection. Compact coupling unit made of polyphthalamide (PPA) is located above the sewage level in the pumping station. The stainless steel shut-off valve is equipped with a safety interlock.Only when the valve is closed, the pump coupling is unlocked. Stainless steel chain and guide make it easy to either pull out or suspend the pump with discharge pipe and check valve. Due to this, the servicing of the pump and the non-return valve is done on the surface without the need to enter the pumping station tank. Depending on the extension used, the pumping station can be from 1.6 m to a maximum of. 2,75 m. The class of passability is determined by the location of the pumping station.The total volume of the tank is 640 liters and the retention volume to the bottom edge of the inlet pipe is 145 liters, the residual volume is 36 liters.Submersible pumps (400 V) with Multicut grinder are used stationary in pressurized and gravity systems designed to pump wastewater from scattered areas or single-family homes.
