Smart and video functions
All channels of the DVR support Motion Detection 2.0, and 2 channels can perform video analysis with human and vehicle recognition to reduce false alarms. There is 1-channel face detection and analysis for the video stream or face image comparison on 4 channels, as well as smart search in a selected area of the recording and smart playback for more efficient viewing.
Reliability, recording and networking
The DVR uses H.265+ compression, which can reduce storage requirements by up to 75%, according to the manufacturer, and supports stream encryption using stream over TLS technology. The device offers up to 4 SATA interfaces (up to 16 TB per drive), 16-channel synchronous playback, 16 independent PoE ports and 1 self-adaptive 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet interface, as well as Hik-Connect service for easy network management.
